A shot from last weekend on Tywyn beach in wales . After a disappointingly grey cold wet day , we got this beautiful sunset :)
it was still blowing a gale and freezing cold , i dont really think the shot depicts this ha ha :)
I have been to Tywyn beach a few times , it seems to produce this foam along the waters edge when its really windy , sometimes there's tuns of the stuff !!

This is a crop i quite liked from a wider shot . i would of like to of changed to a longer lens , but it was far to windy and cold to try !

I took a few shots here , well loads really lol , i always find it hard using filters here , as you need a dark one to keep that always bright sky from blowing whilst trying to keep some details in the fore with out darkening the cross and light house too much . this shot was from exposed for the sky , then the fore recovered in Adobe raw , but i think its a bit noisy in the dark areas due to that when viewed big .
i layered another lighter exposure over the worse areas but still not great . its ok small tho lol :)
Might have another go of it with the different exposures i took .
Hdr doesn't really work either on this one , but ive spent a few hours editing this one so thought i may as well post it :)

Took a trip to Llanddwyn island on sunday ,
I saw the most amazing colours on this eve , a complete opposite to how the day started !!

Llandulas jetty.........

Iv past this beach loads of times going to Anglesey and other such places , kept meaning to stop and take a look but never got round to it.......
So decided to go there today for a few more testers on my newly repaired camera :)
as per usual it didnt go quite to plan , the tide was in so i couldn`t really get any sandy shots .
there was some nice stones and pebbles and a small jetty that looked like it would make a good picture !
Just as i set my tripod down , some woman and her kids decided to take up camp on the jetty :(
so had to wait and missed most of the good light , i wouldn't of minded if they had sat still lol so i could include them in the shot !!
