Had a meet up with Howie mudge this weekend , he lives near my parents in wales . it was really good to see some of the stunning water falls around the area . this is Arthog falls , its only up the road from were they live , i have passed it hundreds of times and never even knew it was there , Saturday was quite a hard day for photography , rained most of the day and the light was pretty poor , good tho for water fall shots :)
as the light was poor most of the shots i took produced a nice sikyness to the water , no filters required :)
Arthog falls is really nice , lots of small cascades running through lush woodland . theres a bit of a scramble to get to the top fall , the rocks are like walking on ice , not for the faint hearted lol , my lad will tell you as he watched my slip on my arse on the fall lol , he said all he could see was me laying on the rocks with my camera and tripod in the air , well ya got to protect your gear haven`t you :)
Quite hard to get all of this in as the fall continues behind you ,So this is two shots stitched both at 10mm.
i think i will defiantly go back here a few times , ice would be awesome Howie :)

Also if any one has the time , my son james is taking a real interest in photography . i tell him a trick or two , but trying to let his find his own style < he seem to have took a liking to my 9600 ! .... im sure he would love some cc or a few contacts ;-)
